LectionAid is
a quarterly printed publication to assist the busy pastor with his/her
most important task: sermon preparation.
LectionAid is a non-doctrinal homiletical resource for preparing sermons using
the 1992 Revised Common Lectionary, followed by these participants: The Christian
Church (Disciples of Christ), Christian Reformed Church in North America, Episcopal
Church, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod,
Polish National Catholic Church, Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), Reformed Church
in America, Roman Catholic Church in the U.S., Unitarian Universalist Christian
Fellowship, United Church of Christ, and The United Methodist Church. As well
as these participants in Canada: The Anglican Church, Evangelical Lutheran Church,
Free Methodist Church, Presbyterian Church, Roman Catholic Church, and United
Church of Canada.
LectionAid is fully useful to those not following a lectionary, as all the material is developed
for scriptural texts and themes.
